CACAO DANCE - Woman's Embodiment Journey

Du bist eingeladen dich mit der Herzensmedizin des Cacaos zu verbinden in einem sicheren und nährenden Raum unter Schwestern.

Wir beginnen diese Zeremonie mit dem Trinken von Cacao, einer alten Meisterpflanze aus Mittelamerika. Sie wird unsere Sinne schärfen und lässt uns tief im Körper verankert sowie mit einem offenen Herzen auf diese Reise gehen. In diesem Teil singen wir auch Lieder und verbinden uns mit unserem inneren Gebet und Absicht.

Die Herzensmedizin des Cacao lädt dich ein, dich tief mit deiner inneren Wahrheit zu verbinden und diese zum Ausdruck zu bringen über den Tanz. Jelena wird einen Teil der Tanzreise anleiten und kraftvolle Bewegungen, die dich in deine weiblichen Ausdruck bringt, teilen; danach geht's auf eine Tanzreise wo du dich frei bewegen kannst!

Preperation: Please eat lightly before or even don't eat 2 hours before. After the ceremony it's important to drink a lot of water.

Cacao has been used for centuries to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body. It is a natural and ancient plant medicine, with a high concentration of vitamins, minerals and is a powerful antioxidant. Cacao also increases blood flow (oxygen and nutrients) to the brain as well as induces the release of feel-good endorphins. Cacao ceremonies are a type of shamanic healing – which is one of the oldest holistic healing practices used by indigenous cultures all over the world. These types of healing ceremonies work with rebalancing energies in the body to regain health. However, unlike other shamanic experiences, drinking cacao will not make you hallucinate or give you some sort of ‘out-of-body’ psychedelic experience.
