EMBODIED WOMAN WEEKEND RETREAT im Berner Oberland

Shakti is the female elementary force that slumbers in us and permeates everything. Shakti is the essence of the goddess that we all carry within us. She whispers: "Dance with me, sister!"

Let's move our bodies together, open our hearts, laugh, cry, talk, let our energies flow freely and just BE WOMAN.

In this retreat you are invited to celebrate your femininity. Enjoy the earthy silence of the mountains and the nourishing being in a circle of women. Through yoga, dance, ceremony and other powerful practices, you will be taken on a journey in which you can connect with your personal expression of femininity.

Friday 1st of September

4 - 5 pm: Arrival at the venue & Welcoming Snacks

6 - 7 pm: Yoga & Dance Fusion - Connecting to Shakti

7 pm: Dinner

8.00 - 10 pm: “Open to Receive - Activating the Feminine within You” - Ceremony

Saturday 2nd of September

8.00 - 9.30 am:  Shakti Yoga

9.30 am: Breakfast

12 - 2 pm: Movement, Dance & Shakti Talk

5 - 7 pm: Cacao Ceremony & Connection to the Spirit of Cacao - Schamanische Reise

7 pm: Dinner

8.00 - 9 pm: Sacred Songs & Soundhealing
